Monasabty is an event marketplace connecting clients with vendors in Tunisia.

• Discover categories and vendor profiles.
• View public business information.
• Send quote requests and contact vendors through the platform.

3. User accounts

• Users must provide accurate information.
• Each user is responsible for account security.
• Access may be suspended in case of fraud or rule violations.

4. Vendor obligations

• Present a real and compliant business activity.
• Publish information as accurately as possible.
• Respect commitments made to clients.

5. Payments and commercial relationships

Monasabty facilitates matching but is not a party to agreements made between clients and vendors, unless explicitly stated for a specific service.

6. Intellectual property

Platform design, branding, texts and proprietary assets are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform provides a discovery and contact environment. Final service quality remains the responsibility of the selected vendor.

8. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated to reflect service, legal or security changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable Tunisian law, unless mandatory provisions state otherwise.
